3D VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST / CONCEPT DESIGNER

DESCRIPTION:

As part of our design process we require high level, visually impressive computer-generated imagery to communicate our designs to our clients. The 3D Visualization Specialist is responsible for creating 3D or 2D illustrations. Illustrations can range from conceptual art to photo-realistic quality and a key driver to telling a story. The ideal candidate will interpret architectural designs as specified within project sketches, architectural drawings or models. This position is works closely alongside AOA designers, architects and sub-consultants to provide design iterations, marketing materials, and concept images for high profile specialty projects. As a mid-level artist, task types will include all of those listed and a well-rounded skill set is required.

ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION:

This role is an independent contractor based on our current needs to support the AOA Accounting team with general accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable functions, payroll support, documentation and record keeping, and expense report review. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, collaborate with all AOA staff and possess enthusiasm for change. Compensation will be based on weekly project estimates and will range between $18 to $24 per hour, dependent upon education and experience.

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION:

The Associate Project Manager position is responsible for assisting or leading the project management team of medium risk projects from project initiation (blue sky) through occupancy and close out.  Helps to manage all aspects of the project including: budget, schedule, design coordination, procurement, execution, and delivery while interfacing with project team members including external engineering and technical consultants.

PROJECT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION:

A Project Manager at AOA is responsible for overall project management of medium to high risk projects from project initiation (blue sky) through occupancy and close out. THE PM leads and manages all aspects of the project including: budget, schedule, design coordination, procurement, execution, and delivery while interfacing with project team members including external engineering and technical consultants.  Reports to Senior Project Managers and AOA Executives as required.

SHOW SET DESIGNER

DESCRIPTION:

A Show Set Designer at AOA will already have a developed skill set and will look to grow and expand knowledge by working with senior staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. There will be a great deal of freedom, which will be matched with a demanding timeline and high expectations. AOA has a dynamic and ever-changing portfolio with bandwidth covering show set design and production to media and content creation. The skills of our team are diverse and continuing to develop, and we support endeavors to educate and grow for the betterment of our AOA team. All team members are responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of concept development, inspirational imagery, current trends, general art direction, and the detailed mechanics of the design integration into the overall project to help the team produce the best work possible.
