Sandra is an accomplished and results-oriented project controller with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close. From her experience in the fast-paced hospitality and entertainment world to her ability to handle multiple finance verticals at once, Sandra supports the AOA team in all things finance.

Sandra’s previous experience includes financial planning and analysis for organizations like Diamond Resorts, the Hays Corporation, Universal Creative, and the Walt Disney World Resort.

During her previous role as Finance Manager at Diamond Resorts, she managed twelve departments in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis support, totaling $180M worth of funds. Similarly, her time at Universal Creative meant that Sandra was responsible for analyzing and forecasting labor and cash flow for ten capital projects. While leading a team of financial professionals in expediting reporting, forecasting, and month end close, Sandra consolidated cash flow reporting of +$5B and analyzed / forecasted labor in excess of $200M.

Sandra has also been a Walt Disney Imagineer, an Olympic Winter Games manager, business owner, and more. Across these roles, Sandra has exhibited a high level of skill in strategy, reporting, and budgeting across a wide number of entertainment ventures. Amidst dynamic, matrixed organizations, she’s acted as both business advisor and financial advisor, working to create well-planned out financial systems behind the world’s greatest destinations.
