The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Dune Point Condominium, Toy Story Land, Animal Kingdom – you could say that Bob’s experience is certainly star-studded, but that wouldn’t be doing justice to his level of expertise and excellence. With over 30 years of experience to his name, Bob Minasi is a highly motivated, quality orientated leader with comprehensive construction skills.

As a seasoned entertainment construction professional, Bob has worked on a multitude of high-end projects for theme park industry leaders. Sugar Mill Gardens’ housing development, the New Fantasyland expansion, Storybook Circus, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and the Dolphin & Swan Hotels are just a few of his projects that he’s taken to completion in-budget and on-time.

That’s not to mention his past life as Lead Construction Manager for Walt Disney Imagineering on Disney’s Hollywood Studios Portfolio. Bob was part of the reimagination of the park: adding in two new lands, retrofitting an existing attraction, and a back of house enabling package that added roadways, infrastructure, and guest parking. From creating a larger-than-life backyard for guests to play in to creating an outer-rim planet in Florida, Bob’s construction and project management has added countless value, wonder, and magic to each project.

And as though the Hollywood Hills studio-gone-park wasn’t enough, Bob acted as Project Manager Facilities for Universal Creative on The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: quality assurance, schedule compliance, budget maintenance, and ensuring the client’s artistic vision – Bob may as well be a wizard of his own making.
