Sara brings to the AOA team a diverse design background across themed entertainment, marine, automotive, industrial, and toy design. Sara has a strong passion for creative design, conceptual innovation, story development, and team collaboration. She uses her experience and intrapreneurial mindset to develop authentic and innovative design solutions.
Sara’s most recent experience as a show set designer includes designing and developing bluesky, concept and schematic design documentation on multiple lands for Universal Studios Orlando, Hollywood, and Japan, including detailed design drawings for Universal’s upcoming Epic Universe. Prior to Universal, Sara designed exterior concepts and innovative interior design solutions for Sea Ray sport boats and luxury yachts. She also played a lead role in designing innovative transom seating for Sea Ray’s SD and SLX sport boats.
Sara is self-motivated and enjoys the challenges in creating effective problem-solving solutions and authentic innovations. Her creative imagination combined with her collaborative approach brings the mindset to see opportunity everywhere. She strives to deliver the highest expectations for clients and intellectual properties developing functional and innovative design solutions. Sara also has a strong passion for designing more sustainable and human centered designs in order to create a healthier and more unified global network.
At AOA, Sara is managing projects, developing concepts and design solutions while also supervising the work of other team members. She brings with her a human centered forward design thinking approach and artistic creative direction.
