With an illustrious 20 year background, including 8 years at Walt Disney Imagineering, at her side, Raina Ross is AOA’s partnership professional. Her expertise in brand management has been leveraged by some of the world’s leading organizations in the name of executing amazing experiences across the globe. From the Walt Disney Company to Universal Studios, and so much more, Raina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every challenge. From concept and brand development right through to installation, Raina is a trusted and highly respected resource for every phase of a project’s lifecycle.
With each project Raina approaches, she brings her passion for fusing the creative with the analytical, delivering projects that not only exceed guest expectations but also meet the time, budget, and goals of a client’s brief. Raina is a true master at aligning stakeholders together around a unified goal, and as a leader, Raina fosters a collaborative atmosphere within every team – challenges can always be overcome with caution, collaboration, and data-driven analysis.
Raina’s many career highlights include time at Disney Imagineering’s esteemed Blue Sky and R&D groups, show producer for Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, and Star Wars Season of the Force, and most recently as the Disney brand ambassador for Lucasfilm with oversight of the global branding strategy for all Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge transmedia experiences, consumer products, and storytelling, including The Sims Star Wars: Journey to Batuu, Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge virtual reality experience, and the upcoming Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. Prior to Disney, Raina worked on parks and attractions worldwide, including Universal Studios Singapore and Universal Studio’s Hollywood where, in collaboration with Illumination Entertainment, produced the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem & Super Silly Fun Land Attraction.
