With 25 years of themed entertainment industry experience under her belt, Oksana is a project engineer, project manager, and proud member of the AOA family. She bridges the gap between small details and the big picture to build high tech retail, restaurant, and entertainment experiences that wow. For Oksana, it all started with a plastic microscope and a vacation to a fiberglass castle.

Her love of entertainment endeavors began as a child, when a trip from her Venezuelan hometown brought her family to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. From that first step on Main Street, Oksana knew she wanted to work there. A childhood spent surrounded by science kits and plastic microscopes propelled that wish upon a star into a career. Now a professional with both project management and project engineering experience, Oksana has realized a dream come true: she gets to work on world-class attractions for a company with world-class executives, no-hands cupcake eating contests, and epic Halloween costume contests (Oksana always wins, thank you very much).

Whether it’s designing attractions or on-site at a new build, Oksana has had her hand in all things immersive entertainment. Her major theme park endeavors include Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge’s Rise of the Resistance (Project Engineer), EPCOT’s HarmonioUS (Project Engineer), the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort (Structural Engineering), and Disney Springs’ Morimoto Asia Restaurant (Project Manager, Owner Representative). However, these are just a few of her accomplishments – and she can’t wait to add more to her repertoire.

Oksana is proud to call herself one of AOA’s veteran employees. From the get-go, she’s been an integral part of the direction and technical vision of all projects, whether they’re E-ticket attractions or luxury resorts. From sustainability, to excellent execution, and to well-rounded design, Oksana is here to create guest offerings that amaze.
