Jeff has been working in the construction industry for over thirty-five years. Throughout his career, Jeff has always been considered a well-organized manager who can prioritize goals and work under deadlines without sacrificing creativity. With much success, Jeff is considered a leader in the industry with a track record for quality work and overall superiority in project supervision.
Jeff has over twenty years in the development of Disney parks from Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disneyland and Disney Word leading projects in roles like General Foreman, Superintendent, and Construction Manager. As a lead Construction Manager for Shanghai Disneyland, Jeff managed 14 buildings including Cinderella’s Castle, themed venues and interfaced with hospitality teams for coordination. At AOA, he is considered a hybrid in the industry where he performs complex superintendent responsibilities as well as managing project budgets and schedule to meet and exceed client and project expectations. From 2014 - 2016, Jeff reported directly to Disney Construction Directors in Shanghai, where his projects were consistently on budget and on schedule.
Jeff studied Construction Sciences at Milwaukee Tech. He excels at adapting to client/ project processes as well as implementing beneficial changes when required. He is a team player and prioritizes promoting project communication, collaboration, improvement of operations, and always safety to minimize costly impacts. Jeff is a turn key solution and has quickly become an extremely valuable asset to the aggressive nature of this industry, and continues to build on his stellar track record with AOA.
