Jeffrey Hahn

Senior Project Field Personnel

When it comes to AOA’s projects, sometimes being part of the field personnel means that you’re managing the construction of Cinderella’s castle, working on-site as a general foreman on a new E-ticket attraction, or even communicating across cultures amidst a high-rise luxury hotel. For Jeff, there is absolutely nowhere else he’d rather be. With over thirty-five years of experience to his name, Jeff is a constructional professional with creative understanding and a can-do attitude.

In Jeff’s prior work with the Walt Disney Company, he brought that creative understanding to several Disney parks: Shanghai Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and the Walt Disney World Resort. From acting as general foreman to managing contractors from across several lines of business, Jeff has built countless buildings across Disney property – and across countless cultural and language-based barriers. As a seasoned professional on overseas projects, Jeff has mastered all things communication. Having had that first-hand experience of working on different continents, he’s able to work across different wavelengths to turn discrepancies into great deeds. No matter what project challenge he faces, Jeff can find the connection beneath the conversation – it’s what makes him such a valuable member of the AOA team.

Aside from his communication skills, Jeff also brings a wealth of theme park experience to AOA’s projects. With experience in themed land construction, attraction projects, and even resort initiatives, he’s got the know-how to help out with all aspects of a project’s life cycle. From the little details to the big picture, Jeff excels at keeping projects in-budget, on-time, and in client vision.

Alongside his AOA teammates, Jeff provides turn-key solutions across all kinds of initiatives. When it comes to his work, this construction science-minded professional is efficient, effective, and enthusiastic about all things AOA.
