With a background in both architecture and themed entertainment in hand, Emily Speas is among AOA's premiere project management team. Her experience in environmental technology, large-scale hospitality initiatives, and construction supervision have given her the ability to analyze any situation, devise solutions, and execute those solutions on a number of hospitality and entertainment projects.

Emily got her start in hospitality with Walt Disney Imagineering, where she worked alongside the project management team to oversee turnover of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort's renovation. During this renovation and the construction of Disney's Riviera Resort, Emily coordinated final design reviews, supervised the construction of kitchens and public spaces, assisted with the design of food & beverage spaces, and more. From pushing change orders to directing on-site construction, Emily is able to wear many hats on a variety of projects.

Emily picked up her multifaceted abilities early on. During her time at the University of Florida, she studied Architecture at both a B.A., and an M.Arch level. Between her studies, she worked at Stellar Group in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, Emily assisted in the planning and design of food distribution project proposals, assisted senior architects with drafting construction details and site plans, and furthered her skills in all things architecture and project management.

Alongside her AOA team-mates, Emily helps build the bones behind the world's greatest hospitality, themed entertainment, retail, and restaurant initiatives. Her skill in managing multiple tasks at once and her vast knowledge of everything from FF&E to large-scale operations make her an incredible part of any client initiative.
