Clarice Phillips

Junior Show Set Designer

From splashin’ through aquatic playgrounds to blasting off on an out-of-this-world rollercoaster, Clarice Phillips is a multifaceted artist, show set designer, and digital sculptor with the well-rounded experience to match. With a strong foundation in painting and set design from Savannah College of Art and Design, a history with Walt Disney Imagineering, and international experience with Universal Studios Beijing, Clarice has the artistic eye to make any project pop.

Clarice’s project-popping abilities have been earned through a wealth of experience from both Walt Disney Imagineering and Nassal. Her design work has supported various initiatives at Universal Studios Beijing and the Walt Disney World Resort – she’s even gotten to occupy the oceans between with work on Disney Cruise Line’s fantastic fleet of floating fancies. Her favorite projects include some of those aquatic adventures; she’s proud to have brought a swell stream of fun to every splashpad, lazy river, and pool she’s worked on.

Aside from her show set design work across the themed entertainment industry, Clarice offers a number of creative competencies in illustration and 3D modeling. Whether it’s digital sculpting in ZBrush and Maya or set visualization across a multitude of projects, she uses her proficiencies to create a world that clients can step into, even before the first brick is laid.

Clarice’s unique ability to combine the artistic and technical world make her a valuable skillset to any project at AOA. In the world of visual storytelling and immersive details, her designs allow guests to make memories that last a lifetime. For Clarice, nothing is better than scenic sets that put adventuring attendees in the middle of the action. No matter the entertainment expedition, Clarice is ready to help clients create the vacation destination of a lifetime.
