Associate Project Manager
Christina understands the high levels of coordination and communication that are necessary to deliver large scale vertical and horizontal projects. Her experience working at Disney includes work at Animal Kingdom’s Avatar, Tiffin’s, and Night Time Show. Her team completed work at The Edison in Disney Springs; and she supported the buildout of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Storefront as a project coordinator. As a project coordinator working on the general contractor’s team at Hidden Oaks Elementary School, Christina learned the high levels of organization necessary to deliver detailed project status reports to Owners. She also assisted project managers in ODP program coordination, contractor pay application review, and OAC meetings on civil projects supporting the construction of the new Grapefruit Garage at Disney Springs, which included the Buena Vista Drive Modifications and the Site Civil Construction package.
Christina has worked on other large-scale projects, including the Reconstruction of the Citrus Bowl and Orlando City Soccer Stadium Construction. Job duties include billing for accounts payable and tracking construction change directives, quality control and assurance, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining relationships with customers and industry partners. Christina has served as Newsletter Editor and Board Member of the Professional Construction Estimators Association since 2017, and was the recipient of their Estimator of the Year award in 2019. She began her construction career during the construction of Orlando’s Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Phase I. As the responsible person for her team’s maintenance of traffic plan implementation, she oversaw the closure of some of Orlando’s busiest roads, which needed new pavement for this project, and ensured its completion in a timely matter with minimal inconvenience to the traveling public.
Christina is a dedicated, organized, and skilled professional who has what it takes to coordinate construction projects, both large and small.
