From design to construction, Chance specializes in all things project management and civil engineering.

During his career, he has worked on the project management teams responsible for the construction of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge land expansion in Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Orlando), Grapefruit Parking Garage and Pedestrian Bridge in Disney Springs (Orlando), RCID technical services facility (Orlando), and the Coca-Cola Store in Disney springs (Orlando).

Amidst these diverse projects, Chance was responsible for managing budgets for isolated scopes of work, construction schedule, coordination amongst contractors, and client and landlord communication among other responsibilities; his background in engineering gives him a unique perspective on project issues, allowing him to solve problems without a hitch.

At the end of the day, Chance is a willing to learn and results-oriented member of the Project Management team with demonstrated ability to organize projects.
