Adam is among AOA’s problem identification professionals, operational activities advisors, and all-around amazing project pros. From design to construction, Adam Lentz specializes in all things project management and engineering.
And as for those projects he’s applied that specialized experience to, Adam is proud to say that he has contributed to Baha Mar in the Bahamas, a luxury location and high-class hotel destination; Disney Springs’ pedestrian bridge and parking garages, an ultra-convenient option for Walt Disney World guests and Cast Members; the Coca-Cola store in Disney Springs, a retail experience featuring a real-life polar bear; the renovation of Planet Hollywood, where guests can dine among the stars; and heaps of other exciting entertainment enterprises.
Amidst these diverse projects, Adam was responsible for managing construction from concept to completion in the name of fulfilling client vision; his background in engineering gives him a unique perspective on project issues, allowing him to solve problems without a hitch.
But Adam’s favorite thing about his job is not those without-a-hitch problem-solving moments but the open attitude with which AOA operates. During his time with the company, Adam’s learned that you won’t always know what to do – but you can always think of someone to call. Like the rest of the team, he benefits from AOA’s vast network; a lifetime of successful projects has netted AOA countless connections and the opportunity to reach out is always present.
At the end of the day, Adam is a results-oriented coordinator with demonstrated ability to organize projects; he outpaces the competition with his resourceful attitude, collaborative approach, and willingness to learn. Whether clients are building something brand new or looking for a new spin on an old favorite, Adam is here to figure out the little details in the big picture.
