Associate Project Manager
Adam graduated from the Florida State University with a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering. Adam is a diversely talented young professional with solid education foundation in civil engineering and varied project management experiences from design through construction. He has participated in many projects ranging from restaurants and retail buildings all the way to parking garages and maintenance facilities. He is responsible for managing the construction to ensure the design intent is met and that clients get the product they are looking for. His engineering background enables him to solve problems that arise during the project and keep things moving.
Adam is a results-oriented coordinator with demonstrated ability to organize and lead projects to consistently exceed expectations. He is a resourceful team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving. Being a fast-learner helps Adam to succeed on increasingly complex projects.
At AOA, Adam has contributed to Baha Mar in the Bahamas, and the local Disney Springs parking garages. For the Reedy Creek Parking Garage and Pedestrian Bridges, Adam managed the graphics package including design, fabrication, and installation. He also performed additional project management responsibilities including specification review, submittal/approval process, construction permitting, field supervision, quality control documentation, cost management, payment requisitions, and change orders. Adam managed the Tech Services Facility project at RCID from completion to close out. Adams project experience includes the Coca-Cola building in Disney Springs which is a three-story building with retail merchandise on the first and second floor, and a beverage service counter on the third floor. He also worked on the renovation of Planet Hollywood which now offers a meal and a show along with a small retail shop. He also oversaw the renovation to Topper's Craft Creamery at the Renaissance Hotel near SeaWorld.
