Turtle Bay Resort

Turtle Bay Resort was originally constructed in the early 1970s and is located on the North Shore of Oahu. Remarkably, all guestrooms have an ocean view. AOA was responsible for renovation and transformation of existing structures including complete enhancement and refurbishment of existing hotel, cottages, pools, and outdoor venues.

Renovations included the new entry and porte-cochere, 410 refurbished guestrooms (construction and FF&E upgrades), meeting spaces, retail outlets, food and beverage locations, lobby check-in, refurbishment of 42 Cottages, and the landscaping and lighting upgrades throughout entire resort facility (indoors and outdoors). AOA provided coordination on signage, lighting, landscaping, and more – including new stables.
