Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is Disney’s largest ever single-themed land expansion in the history of the park. Bob Iger calls it the most immersive, ambitious, and technically advanced attractions ever created for a Disney Park. With over $1 Billion invested into Galaxy’s Edge, Disney turned to AOA to manage the scope that included over 50 contractors and a few thousand construction team members working around the clock. AOA worked with Disney and the general contractor in several capacities. This project consisted of 14 acres of area development, 2 restaurants, 8 shops, 1 production stage, 2-major (E-Ticket) ride attractions, and 1 Millennium Falcon and over 200 multi-use rooms.

AOA provided Construction Management for both rides, all of the restaurant and retail buildings, and the overall area development of the project. For Rise of the Resistance, AOA also provided projection and technical support. Scenic painting services were also provided for both attractions and land development.
