Margaritaville Vacation Club

Wyndham’s St. Thomas Margaritaville is one of the seven projects that AOA has worked on with Wyndham. This resort mimics the lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett’s famous Margaritaville. AOA was responsible for completing plan review, determining constructibility and future serviceability, and coordinated MEP-F contractor functions with other trades for the The Hillside buildings, Marketplace, Spa and Hillside Pool. ​
